I bought this coffee maker 1 year before fro rupees 7.5k which is one of the costly product for it's performance.
This device is very heavy and not user friendly and takes more space compared to other coffee makers and the main problem I faced was it gets heated up and takes more time to cool which has a very bad effect and consumes more power.
when talking about the design it is pretty well designed and looks cool and comes in variety of color variant but we cannot pay 7.5k just for it's design and color.
their service is useless and they don't reply to their customers I have tried to contact them many times but their was no reply from their side.
