This cafe is located just next to my college so it is a common place to hangout with friends. But I am very much disappointed by the decreasing quality of food and service of this place. Tropical iceberg is one of my favourite coffee and everytime I visit this place, they are out of crushed ice. So I have to order something or the other. This happened with me so many times. They are always out of the food items mentioned in the menu. They serve all the stale food items. Their cakes and pastries are not fresh. Once I ordered Chocolate Fantasy pastry and it tasted so bad as it was not at all fresh. It is not worth paying so much money for such food quality.
Such things are not at all expected from a nationwide franchise like Cafe Coffee Day. Plus the staff employed at the cafe are not very much trained. CCD has never failed to amaze us but this particular branch requires a lot of improvement.
