CB GROWTH PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have booked a cab through Cabbazar for Local and around Puri odisha, booking ID 673542 for today 12.09.2024 to be reported at 10 AM and got a message from cabbazar acknowledging receipt of Rs 688/- as advance and rest 2325/- to be paid after journey completion and was informed that a Toyota- innova car no OD02B8978 will arrive with Avinash Mahapatra having no 775008xxxx at 10 AM on 12.09.24. I also called Mr Mahapatra and he confirmed that he will reach on time but nither the innova nor avinash mahapatra turned up at scheduled time and date and I have to book another taxi for my journey IMMEDIATELY and my advance 688/- whether I will receive back or not, I am not sure. Moreover some action should be taken against the vendor driver under advise to me who are defaming the cab bazar.

Yesterday I received a call from cabbazar that some another car instead of promised Innova was sent with some other driver but I told them that no one appeared there at given time and it can be verified by CCtv camera installed there and given mobile location.


I asked them to refund my advance paymentinstead of covering the faulty cab driver. It will harm cabbazar reputation.


The Cabbazar have not returned amt received from me as advance payment nor they have apologized and take action against cab owner and driver while I have given proof that the cab and driver not turned up at promised date and time ant they are showing the issue resolved on which basis.


Please elaborate what resolution has been given by Cabbazar.
