Please be aware of the cabs booked through this platform. The don't take any ownership and responsibility of the cab driver's behavior. I book the cab from bangalore to pondicherry. the driver scammed me by demanding more money as state tax. The driver was continuously talking on phone during driving and was refusing to stop. The company don't take the responsibility of anything done by the driver. Booking Id: 618463

It does not sound right as we take the full responsibility of the driver and we provide verified drivers only but if you felt like this so we will surely investigate this matter at our end, kindly wait for sometime.
