As a student, a business man or a job guy, you must be knowing how important is a laptop in your day to day works. So, it is very important that you select a laptop which suits you the best. And for this, you need to keep some points in your mind when you go out to buy a laptop.
The first and foremost thing is the operating system included in the laptop. I would strongly recommend all you guys to buy a laptop with DOS operating system installed. Do not buy pre-installed windows laptop as it costs 5 to 6 thousands more than the DOS laptop. You can always install windows on your laptop by yourself. By this, you are saving a lot of money(P.S. I also bought the DOS version laptop and later installed windows 10 on it).
Coming to the features, if you want a laptop for normal usage(business/job) you should go for a laptop which has at least 4GBs of RAM and 500GBs of Hard Drive space. These laptops are available in a range usually between 20k to 30k If you want an all-rounder laptop for both normal use and gaming, then go for a laptop with at least 8GBs of RAM and 1TB Hard Disk space. You may need to spend at least 45k for this type of laptop.
The next feature to look for is the battery backup. Your laptop should have a battery backup time of at least 4-5 hours. The best option is a 6-cell battery.
Next, if you want a laptop for watching movies, playing games or editing videos, then the screen resolution of the laptop should be 1920X1080. This resolution will provide the best clarity videos and photos at high definition.
Your laptop should not be too heavy or bulky to carry around. It must have a weight of about 3 kgs or less.
The processor requirement is also very important. You should buy a laptop with intel core i5 or later so that you can get seamless performance and speed.
The speaker output volume and the quality of the material used to build the laptop are some more things to look out for.
