I want to tell people that for gods sake dont ever take the service of BSNL because the whole bsnl does not know what is internet and the technical knowledge of people is so great that they will ask u a question like why u connect your telephone to internet?
The service I have taken 500 hours 8 months back and I might have hardly used 120 to 150 hours and to connect we have to try a minimum of 5 times and a maximum of 30 times and with that also u get so hopeless speed that it takes almost hours to open pages and by chance if u are connected at good speed u may hardly stay on net for 15 mins and it gets disconnected and to connect again u have to waste another 5 ot 30 calls and always it says either u are not authenticated or ur password not correct and for that same authentication name and password it gets connected after u connect for a minimum of 10 to 20 times and when we enquired in the BSNL they told that the server will be busy or they will switch off the server these types of answers they will give and when we went and asked in the head office they told us thet this the best service they can give and if we were not satisfied we can change the service. So what I ask u people is just try this isp and give me the feed back pls
