In a call centre there are always rude people seated which always use zopadpatti tone. No any enthusiasm to help.
Now my account is temporarily blocked .. still trying to recharge but it's getting failed, not able call customer care(so called) service but still same message getting your account is temporarily blocked . They blocked number without any notification. Now recharge is getting failed even online.
I'm surprised why they have not started 4G in cities like pune and Mumbai however they started it in small cities like Aurangabad, Dhule, Jalna
