BSNL..!! ppl? I live in pune, here in pune Idea is king.. he is the ruling service provider, but as a year or more back I was a student, n private service providers as idea n airtel etc were very expensive for roaming purpose I decided to go for bsnl service, from day one I was happy with bsnl, as I got satisfactory coverage, good voice clarity.
And all basic services which a student need, for last one year I roamed across India with proper service and that too in a very cheapest way!! As I used to get 270 Rs talk time on 300 rs voucher !!.. no extra roaming charges! I was very happy with the service?
But one day bad luck struck me, suddenly all my incoming calls and smsz got BLOCKED, as I called up their CC, toll free 24365 number, that opposite person said it is because of congestion, I waited for one complete day, called next morning.. same answer.. I tried at least 5 times that day by calling costumer care to stared my service? n got the same answer, the answer and the way they were treating me was perfectly the government style! On day 3? I started loosing my patience , I insisted for a complaint number, n got one? on same day I called up costumer care for 6-8 times, told them my complaint number, every time the person assured me to check n reveal my service in couple of hrs, nothing happened.
On 4th day I lost my patience, I shouted on those ppl, that day those ppl assured me to reveal my service by next day?
On day 5? I lost all my patience.. lost my temperament? I really abused n used bad words with the CC person.. n insisted that u CC ppl have no authority to promise ppl so I want to talk to some senior person, fortunately I got one online? I literally cried n shouted on him even I praised reliance against their service? still NOTHING HAPPENED!!
Again on day 5 noon I called them back? by now everyone there were knowing me? and on the eve of 5 th day.. they managed to retain my service back.
That?s the perfect government experience I got, so I guess as long as u r lucky u r luck, but once a problem struck, u r really going to have a bad time!!? so keep ur fingers crossed!!
