At home we have the BSNL Broadband Combo offer since quite long time. In which we have unlimited broadband and few 200 minutes call free. In all it is a very cheap service in Visakhapatnam. My dad still uses this broadband but reduced it to 1.5GB combo as I and my brother are away.
When we had BSNL Broadband unlimited, while downloading movies from torrent the average speed that came was 40kbps. It seem to be pretty good only. The only problem to face was to go on rounds to BSNL customer support to change the plans. You have to go at least 5 times before they change your plan.
In all it was a satisfying service from BSNL for more than last 5 years or so. Only to watch videos or download, it do check little patience of yours.
