We feel that we will select govt internet service provider BSNL but I have own experience since 1 year to using every week one or two days internet will disconnect and we will follow to raise complaint, they will not pick the call, if send message also they will start respond 11am that working days and they will give time line 10 to 1 day also it will not work, our time and our money is wast to select BSNL internet connection so better to use other other network.
At list BSNL team need to improve service to customer than only will get trust. I guess this will not happen because this govt company there will not care anyone so that it will not even improve there services.
