I took BSNL broadband connection and many times I faced issues like constant disconnection, slow speed, modem issue etc. Its actually waste of money. I would get internet access for 8-10 days a month. The tariffs are still high to sky with no proper speed. This is all due to government politics, where BSNL was down to the core.the online service is waste because we should go to their office and tell every thing because they only paying money for us.
Getting the connection was also a struggle . I went to bsnl office like 6 times, Raised complaints several times. I am getting tensed because of this poor internet and I know the pain Of earning but every month proper rent will go from my account. Never ever take BSNL broad band its waste of money and time also .
Do not buy this connection its worst.
