I literally hate this broadband and its customer service BSNL is one of the oldest service provider of the internet services although I am happy with the speed and connectivity of BSNL broadband.
I explained the issue very clearly I also told that I have already tried some of the troubleshooting steps like rebooting the router and plugging all the cables and then connect them back check for the ads whether it was properly plugged into the router or not but that was all in one as that lady told me to perform those same once again by the time the router like was on again I was already on call with customer care for more than 10 minute after that when I told that the internet light was still going off at some intervals they insisted me to perform a hard reset on the router I did as directed and it took another 6 minute for the router to be back on.
I will narrate what exactly happened to that BSNL broadband connection just 4 days ago till that day the service were working quite fine although there were little lag in the speed what exactly happened was that the connectivity was irritating that means suddenly the internet light on the router would go off and then it would come back after few seconds.
