All my life, at home, my routine has been to have 2-3 cups of tea a day, while having coffee once in a while. So far, I had been having Nescafe at home.
But when I was out of home then I really liked having coffee.
This could mean anything, that I am too lazy to make coffee at home or that I am a bad coffee maker or that I am not very fond of Nescafe and so on. I could never finish even one packet or glass jar of coffee in one winters. I always had to throw it in the end, when the coffee turned hard and therefore unusable.
During this December, while shopping on Bigbasket.com, I saw Bru Gold Instant Coffee, 50 gm glass jar worth Rs. 130. Now BB is giving the same for Rs. 105, at a discount of Rs. 25 that was not given when I was buying:(
I thought of trying this coffee this time and I am so glad this golden thought came to me. Since, I received this coffee, I became regular in drinking coffee daily.(So, I can safely strike out the'I was a bad coffee maker' reason for not having coffee at home regularly):)
This coffee is of top class quality having good sized granules that get easily dissolved. It has arabica and robusta beans. I don't have much knowledge about coffee. All I know, is that it should be a good cup of hot coffee, that makes me feel warm and good in winters.
This is the first time that I was able to finish the whole glass jar of coffee, in one month itself, unlike before. So even my Mummy is happy that I did not waste coffee and money this time.:)
Then, when I searched BB for my second purchase, they were out of stock. As I had become regular in having coffee, I purchased Tata Coffee instead and am regretting my decision.
Bru Gold is also available in pouch of 50 gm, at a price of Rs. 97/-. Again, BB is giving discount of Rs. 10 on it. But first I have to finish Tata Coffee.:(
