One coffee manufacturer ( I think it was MR ) had made an advertizing blitz some time ago . The theme was , '' PLEASURE DOES NOT COME IN AN INSTANT '' . By having an analogy between sexual pleasure(climax) followed by extended foreplay and preparation of filter coffee , the ad conveyed a message that the instant coffees can never provide the taste of a slowly brewed filter coffee.
While I tend to agree with the basic concept, the present day situation inhibits the working couples in indulging in the luxury of using a coffee percolator to allow freshly ground coffee to convert into a strong brew .
Be that as it may, when I first tasted the Brew instant coffee , I realised that the taste is very close to that of a filter coffee. In addition to being so tasty, I found that Brew is nearly half the price of Nescafe.
This is how I became addicted to Brew. I ,therefore, have a strong Brew coffee with sugar and milk( Cafe avec lait ) after my weekend breakfast of Masala Omlette.Beleive me, it is extremely enjoyable.
