Now a days printer is a basic requirement for every household where there are child who are studying as they are provided with different projects and works which require this printer.
I also purchased this printer for my personal usage as well as for my younger brother. I purchased this from the online shopping site but I am not satisfied from its performance as there are lpts of printing problem.
This printer is not efficient as it provide inappropriate prints which are useless and this lead to lots of wastage pf money.
The printing speed of this printer is not good as it takes very long time to process for a single printout, along with slow performance its paper management system is very poor, it is not able to take more than 20 pages at a single time which is very bad thing about this printer.
When I complaint for the worst performance of this printer to there service center then they replied that you have to bring the printer along with me, this is very bad as the printer is not portable but some how I manage to take it.
After I submitted my printer till now I am not able to get it back whenever I ask them about it they replied that it is yet not prepared.
This show that they are not interested in providing good customer services to there customers.
Finally I will say that this product is very cheap, its performance is worst, the customers support services are very poor. There is nothing good about this printer which I am mentioning in this review.
