Bro4u & Maverick Repairs and Custom, Worst Bike Service Dealers Ever!

I am a working professional and I didn't have time to go for a bike servicing locally. So I thought I should try online Bike Services. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST IDEAS EVER!

The reason I wanted to service my bike was that there was an oil leakage and one indicator is missing. So I searched online and found Bro4u(You don't have any bro qualities "bro"). They have mentioned that the servicing cost is Rs. 549/- with pickup and drop service. I was like that's reasonable. So I ordered a service for pick up and drop at my office as I was working. THIS WAS MY ANOTHER MISTAKE. I had ordered my pickup at 6 and I had requested several times to make a drop before 6 pm as I get off at that time.

So they sent 2 engineers for a pickup to my office. They didn't have any sort of ID or a receipt that they are taking my bike for servicing. I had to click their photos and their Aadhar Card photo for assurance. I couldn't have just given my bike to random people obviously. I specifically showed them that there is oil leakage and one indicator was missing. He said that for the oil fixing, we might have to replace a part which will cost 200 bucks and the indicator will cost 250 bucks. I was fine with it.

Once the bike was gone, it had slipped my mind that I had given my bike for servicing. So when I left at 6, I realised it and I called them to ask where is my bike. They delivered it at 7.30 pm to my house. In spite of several confirmations that I wanted the bike at 6, they delivered late. Even this is understandable because of the traffic.

So when I took the delivery, they asked me to check the bike, it looked good to me at that time obviously except for the fact that the indicator was still missing. They forgot that. So I asked him what is the total bill amount. He said he will mail or WhatsApp me the next day. I said fine, I at least have the bike for now, I will get the indicator later.

Next day morning, I see that the oil is still leaking from the bike. I had asked them two things, Oil leakage and indicator, none of which was fixed. This pissed me off obviously so I called him, he didn't answer. I was like if he himself isn't interested for the money, it's not my fault as the main problems weren't fixed at all.

After one month he sends me a bill and calls me. Can anyone guess the amount? We had agreed on 549+ 200 for Oil leakage(which wasn't fixed) and 200 for(indicator) which wasn't fixed either. He sends me a bill amount of Rs. 5500/- Can you fking imagine this? One bike servicing which was advertised as 549 and they send a bill of Rs. 5500 for a service that wasn't done in the first place. I obviously stated all these problems on the phone several times to both Bro4u and maverick repairs executives.

Now the worst thing anyone can ever do happened. They sent gangsters to my office. That's right, legit gangsters. They started aggressively asking for me at the reception and the receptionist came running to me and terrified that they are here to kill me. I was shocked at this! I went out and I asked them to see my bike and see the oil leakage and then ask me to pay for it. They sat at my bike and they said we are not leaving until you pay the amount now. They wouldn't listen to anything and my senior manager was calling me from office, asking wtf is going on. I asked them to wait for 5 mins, and I went to the office. I almost lost my job because of this and I was asked to get rid of them immediately.

I had to pay 5k immediately in spite of not getting any good service because they sent gangsters to collect the money. Wow. This was the worst, most embarrassing moment of my life till date. I have never seen someone stooping to this level for such a pathetic service in the first place.

I WOULD ADVICE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND NEVER TRUST THEM!
