I worked with BT for 9 months and resigned twice, yesterday 19 Aug 2020 was my last day in BT, they didn't even provide me notice period, everything started with in Nov 2019,
I gave interview in one of the consultancy who work with BT based in Gulmohar park, south Delhi, they offered me a good amount during the interview and when I cleared the interview they changed the salary amount, still i got ready because I thought BT is a big brand and I will get lot of opportunities, and when I got my first month salary it was lesser than what HR told me during the interview, I checked my offer latter and got to know that in offer latter salary was lesser than what I got ready for, later I complained to the HR, managers and who so ever I could have, but nothing happened, manager amit sindhi, Nilotpal mukharji and HR Charu bhatia all gave up, and when I said I am leaving BT because you aren't trustworthy, they talked to me and tried stopping me but didn't do anything with my salary,
I still thought let's leave the matter behind because I will get the opportunities later, and now during lockdown we started working online they shifted me in another team named openreach LLUP without even asking me, training went well, and managers started creating the unnecessary pressures on employees, and started threatening for stretch, and meetings after shift for 1 and 1 and a half an hour, initially everyone got ready but when it started happening everyday it started becoming hectic, later I refused to join everyday meeting and I said if there is some informative or essential type of meeting there I can join it or otherwise it is hard for me stay for 1 and one and half an hour, which they made it my behaviour issue, working from home was already quite tough because we took training and learnt everything virtually,
at home I didn't have power backup, and there were lot of internet issues, so everyday they started marking unplanned leave, or unplanned half day, and after 2 unplanned leave we do not get incentive, that's how they started marking everyone unplanned, everyone started loosing monthly incentive and other job impact as well, they wanted us to start linearly and leave after one hour or so, and then manager Darpan Saran was obsessed with his own personality used to come in online meeting and used to talk about himself only like what series he is watching, what book he is reading or what brand he is wearing, and used to say if you guys will not listen I will become your nightmare,
and literally they used to threatening, and since last week they they started putting me through various meeting and started putting behavior accusation and will issues on me, and then I decided to leave because it really became very hectic for me, and when you complain them, they will say welcome in BT, literally like a lala company behavior, even HR Shalini and managers no one helped me or understood my issues and unnecessary pressures which manager Darpan saran & Team leader Neha Mehta was creating on entire teams, and not even understanding the power cut and internet issues, I had to left BT in pressure, it wasn't a good starting neither a good end, they were less bothered with the fact that how will I search a job in this covid-19 time.
Well BT se job khatm hui hai life nhi, Will find something soon, BT is not a bad company at all honestly I would say but in Gurgaon people who are handling BT are quite lala type of managers who just think about their income and their job and call themselves leader, they have no leadership qualities at all.
