We purchased a plot from them and paid money but with just a bit of delay in payment due to lockdown, they terminated our plot and forfeited all our hard earned money.. We kept asking for reinstatement as they violated all the clauses of their own BBA and unethically cancelled the plot.. They breach their own contract and now asking to pay inflated price of property as per current market rate off the records, to get the plot back.. Never trust them and DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM BPTP.. THEY ARE FRAUD.. PEOPLE WHO INVESTED HAVE ALSO NOT GOT THEIR POSESSION.. Buy in BPTP only if u wish to lose all your money..
