I own a PIV - BPL 21" CTV for over 6 years now. So far it has been performing excellent and was the same from the date I got it installed. No trouble so far. I never had to call the service centre for any help. The menu guide and i-Sort feature is extremely user friendly and deserves a pat on the back of their engineers. The sound and picture quality are very good.
The remote control is easy to use and program. I would recommend that anyone who is wondering which brand TV to purchase, just simply go in for BPL. They are truly an Indian brand and it is made for India. I know that that after a going through a rough patch, the company has joint hands with SANYO, Japan, and that their products are even more better. The new range of Slimline CTVs are stunning and very good. Keep it up you guys at BPL and hope you become a No.1 brand.
