*This is to bring to your kind notice that, I have purchased a BOSCH brand washing machine
FL 7KG(WAK20160) on 12/11/2015 @ croma in JayAnasultangar.
Delivered on 15/11/2015.

Very Horrible experience. Purchased Bosch washing machine more than a week ago was promised that someone will come for installation of washing machine on Sunday, till date no one visited for installation. They don’t even bother to call back and let us know the appointment. Even after many follow-ups and sending mail to customersupport@croma.com, but no reply. But during the follow-ups I was getting wrong promises that someone will be visiting my place tomorrow. Every day they said tomorrow someone is going to come. By saying this it is more than a week till now no one visited. This shows how irresponsible they are towards service. Today when I tried calling customer care I had informed to put the call to MAnasultanger but again it was failed and the call was transferred to a Supervisor Mr. Abdul. He committed that someone will visit tomorrow to my place hope so but not sure that somebody will come or not because of wrong promises given earlier. By this I have lost trust on Brand Bosch, and sure I will inform my friends and relatives to not to opt for BOSCH BRAND, as Im getting pathetic service.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously not as granted.
I was feeling happy to choose the BOSCH brand but it was false'. why such an bad service.
