Very Bad Company. Review on Borzo (Wefast)

I downloaded the app and booked a courier to my friend on her birthday. It took lot of calls for me to explain my location. atlast he picked my gift and he took more than an hour to tell me that he cannot find the location and it is wrong address, I had given him an address of a gated community where there are 800 flats are located, a Blind Man can find by asking anyone. After a long debate, the courier guy told me that he cannot deliver the parcel since he is getting very late to find location. he got back my parcel in 10 minutes, The problem never finished, He asked me extra money for the service which he did not complete at all. I believe he just passed some time collecting money, did not go anywhere. I made a complaint to customer support team, he assured he kept my query open and he will respond within short time. Mr. Bharat was his name. now its 3 days he has vanished keeping my query open. I should get my refund back. its not the question about money but the experience I had with these fraudsters I would like readers to refrain from this service.
