I have amount balance in my gift voucher section which I am not able to use. Support representatives are giving stupid reasons and blaming others. I got it confirmed earlier that I will be able to use the voucher with remaining amount for other bookings but now I am unable to use it. This is complete fraud and cheating with customers. I should be able to use the balance amount in my voucher within validity in any case. They just cannot eat up our money just like that.
If I can see the amount balance in my account with validity then in any case I should be able to use it but unfortunately these cheaters are not allowing me to do so and this is happening with many other customers also. They tend to eat up the balance amount from all gift vouchers. So please be safe and never buy or use any gift voucher of BookMyShow.
