[ Incident id- [#444367] #441396 ] I did the mistake of booking tickets on their mobile app. After I entered the payment info, I got a message from my bank saying that the payment was successful. But the tickets weren't confirmed. After hours of waiting, I called the customer care and they said that they haven't received the payment. I was shocked because I'd paid through their mobile app.
My bank statement clearly shows multiple deductions made in the name of bookmyshow. They are not issuing a refund and they have compromised my debit card information. DO NOT USE BOOKMYSHOW.
