Bookmyshow has became my favourite site to book movie tickets and cricket tickets.
This website gives me option to purchase tickets online and saves me from standing in queues for hours. Its customer service is great. In any case when I have any doubts I mailed to them and they replied me in 1-2 days.
Also after booking cricket ticket online of previous year oneday match in delhi I have to go to their office or centre to collect ticket. I went to ito and the process was very simple. I just have to go and show booking message and they give tickets. So I am very satisfied with their customer service.
On booking tickets online through this site they charge convenience fee which is around 57 for two tickets of movies and 420 for cricket match ticket. But I bookked 7 ticket so that cost was not much. Also it gives facility of not standing in queue. As previous year I have to wait in queue for 2-3 hours for test match ticket and I got entry in stadium at 2 pm. So comparing to that this site even taking charge doesnot feel bad to me. So I can say it has good taste.
After booking ticket it gives a time line to receive ticket from their centres. And in case of movie they donot need tickets they only see messages. But in case of cricket ticket their delivery timeline is specified. As I collected my ticket just a day before match.
Its web form donot take much time to load . It works smoothly. Currently I am using its android app. And I found that its app and web version both are good . Both gives users all option of ticket booking in their surroundings as concert, movies, sports. It also gives option to search by cinema halls instead of movies. In app it requires one time sign in and than works effeciently.
For me this plateform is very reliable as it works for me very good. It gives me more facilities. It also gives me many offers. And yet there has not been any problem to me regarding ticket booking, payment etc.
So I am confident about its reliability.
So I recommend its use to others.
