I recently used Bookmyshow for booking tickets for a movie, and which is not reflecting in my recent orders. About the same I consulted the customer service, despite being a Bookmyshow Superstar member, I received delayed replies and felt that the customer support staff was not fully engaged with my queries. They seemed to be juggling multiple customers at a time and often forget the details of my initial request. I had an issue with order which is not reflecting in my Superstar orders count meter, but they reply I was not a "Superstar" member, despite having a membership. Though I have shown them the screenshots of my profile of being a superstar member, after few conversations they ask again can you show the screenshots of your profile. Overall, my experience with this application's customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend it to others for booking tickets.
