BOOK MY SHOW - COMPANY WITH NO WORK ETHICS. Review on Bookmyshow

I booked for an online event(Rehmatein 6) to be held on 29th of Nov'18 at Mumbai through Book My Show. Two days before the event I received a call from Book My Show executive informing me that my seat has been taken by the organiser.

This event has been promoted for Kerala Victims for which they increased the ticket amount last minute and expected customers to give more money for a already booked ticket.The offer made to me initially was I can take a better seat which is still available after paying the balance amount.After I refused this fraud offer another offer made was to shift a few rows behind the booked row in a corner seat.

I accepted the offer as the executive informed me that I will get a gift voucher for the amount booked by me & I dont have to pay anything extra for this given seat.I have all recorded conversation and had also raised a written complaint with Book My Show.Till now I have not received the voucher which was to be given in 24hrs inspite of my reminder.

Its already 10 days now.Book My Show had reverted with an Incident id- [#7467279] for the entire issue/harassment but are now sleeping on this matter.Its pathetic to harass customers like this!Also since their own terms and conditions mention that NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE OF SEATS how is it that they do it themselves.

Basically Book My Show has no integrity & anyone booking through them please be careful as they will suddenly comeup with a story to HARASS THE CUSTOMER and make some more money by letting them know last minute that your seat is taken away.!
