I have used Forex card services(when my daughter was traveling to Dubai for education services) as well as Forex Remittance(for fee transfer to University). The rates are pretty competitive and customer service is reasonably good.
Forex card- rates offered are 3-4% lower than the rates offered by traditional banks
Remittance- Rates again are competitive. Other charges are also less as compared to traditional bank. I used my traditional bank for first remittance- rate was high and the charges almost INR 9000. Bookmyforex- rate was almost 1 INR less than being offered by bank and charges were around INR 3000 only.
In all, I would recommend their services(based on my realtime interactions/ transactions with them).
