I had booked a property - Nalin Inn, Yercaud for stay . It was horrible experience . We have to let you know that we had a terrible experience in Staying at Nalin Inn from 19th to 21st Aug - 2 Nights
I had given a complaint on the same day - 20th Aug via Booking.com . But it was not attended to .
Also as per below mail - the property owner has giving a confirmation of non checking by us . It is to avoid any further dispute.
Please note we had checked in the property on 19th Aug till 21st Aug 2022 .
The experience was very horrible .
First of all, there was no one in reception - one Mr Vigxxxx phone number was there, we had contacted him . Immediately one guy came in and collected 4500/-( 4000 was mentioned in Booking.com
After that entering the room, there was no power, full of dirt in the room, no water for 2 days . We have to depend on other public utilities for toilet and cleaning .
We did not take bath for 2 days.
Mr Vigxxxx cell phone was switched off, after we had complaint the matter . He never attended the complaint .
We kept calling, no one attended .
The room boy even threatened us and my family .
He refused to give the receipt of our payment
In the night there were drunkers along with room boy and kept knocking our doors . we were literally scared .
We request Booking.com to give us explanation, how come you had chosen and listed such kind of places in Your website . You have to give a explanation for this . Please note iam giving a legal notice as well as Police Complaint
