A couple of months back, being a great fan of reading books, I ordered some books from Bookadda. They charged the correct amount and told all the books I ordered were available. So I paid the money through credit card and then started my waiting period.
Daily I would call up the customer care who will inform that it will be shipped the next day. After waiting for 2 long weeks, finally I asked them whether they could send the books or not. Then they told me that they were very sorry, since none of the 7 books I had ordered were not available with them and they have tried a lot to get it. I was wondering and asked why they gave in their website that the books were in stock for which they had no reply.
After fighting with them finally I got my money back after a long ordeal. Never in my life I would suggest Bookadda, its a nightmare to me.
