BIG NO, don't ever to with them. Once you pay full amount before execution phase you will start to experience their customer pathetic engagement.
After going to multiple places finally we decided to go with Bonito for our home interiors. My Project no is 3572. We have already paid full amount of 18 lakhs and execution phase is no where in the timelines we agreed.
We are facing so many challenges during the execution phase and it's already more than a month and we are still at 50% site work done and not sure when the remaining work will be completed.
There were so many hidden charges which they did not communicate to us initially and we came to know during the process, but we agreed thinking Bonito would deliver the best quality interior and we paid all the required dues on time.
We were given assurance that the project will be handed over on 21st April 2021 and accordingly we have planned on moving to our new home on 25th April.
There has been no work done in the last 2 weeks, and every time when we call them, no one responds or takes 3 to 4 days to come back. It's only us who call them every time for any update and there are no updates from them.
No one responds to our calls and even when they take, always give false information about the updates and the actual work never meets what we have been communicated with.
Why we need to reach out to them each time for an update. Our Team is not doing their job properly and we are the ones who are suffering.
Still TV unit materials are not yet dispatched and that work is still pending, they are saying laminate is not available and some other reasons, so not sure when they will complete that work. We paid for Philips brand lights but given a different brand, Materials delivered for Wardrobe loft in GBR and few other materials were not as per the design we agreed, still GBR and under stairs work is not completed yet.
We were given assurance that the acrylic and laminate we chose for Kitchen will be of similar color, only the glossiness will be slightly less in laminates, but now when we see its a complete miss match and now we had to bear additional cost to fix this. Also, they are telling us some additional materials(quarts) needed which was not included in our approved project estimates. They have also damaged the site in a few areas like kitchen and bathrooms. We were charged for a few things which are not even delivered at site.
For these snag changes they tell it to be treated as a new project and it will take its time as a new project, so we are now not sure when these will be completed.
The team itself is not on the same page, Project manager, project head and other members are not in sync, we get to know different communication from each of them each time. We are in a situation where now we don't even know what is the progress. no proper communication from our team, we are really frustrated with the engagement and need someone to address all our concerns.
We finalized Bonito thinking it's the best interior brand but now we are regretting our decision.
