I feel this review is:
I had great days when I joined I learned so many things I have given very good performance got revarded also. Slowly as you get old in organisation they will start deduct it incentives in the name of non complains that is also fine but management listen to senior employees who are jealous with ur good performance and torturing u mentally and pull you from ur position to down level. Even ur perfect and number 1 in sales they listen to jelous senior employees take u action treat you useless without going through about you. Never join where outlet where old employee exist.
