I am a principal and a client of the body care Aundh branch. I had gone just now to do my complete beauty service, to begin with I asked them to do my eyebrow and I asked them for a hand mirror for which they said they don't have it.
Even the last time, one and a half month ago when I visited them they said the same and while doing my eyebrow many times they asked me to get up from my chair and go to the mirror to check if my eyebrows shape is right.
Today when they said the same I told them that they can just get one, to which they refused and then after this I asked them for a eyebrow pencil so that I can draw it to guide them to shape my eyebrows to which they said that they don't have one. Last time they spoiled my eyebrow by giving it any shape they want.
Even the body massage I had was no less than a torture. There is no system there in place. All the employees group together and keep chatting and ignore the customer and if anything is asked they lethargically reply that they cannot do it today and asked me to get it done the next day.
The atmosphere is not at all service friendly and no professionalism whatsoever. That place is a big flop. No wonder they do not have any good reviews at any sites. They don't even have a customer feedback form and don't even have a site where I can get in touch with the Manager. The management there must know that people like me have plenty of choices! And also have the ability to spend 50 thousand to 1 lakh per month!
