BM Institute is the most unprofessional Institute I have come across. Very unprofessional people in the management right from the CEO till the management. Communication gap is another issue. First they appoint the trainer as a full time trainer. ask them to observe the training sessions . They make you leave your current assignments and when it comes to giving you a full time assignments they simply tell you that they will give you freelancing assignments in case if they have and the funniest part is that during your training period they collect your personal documents to offer you an appointment letter and offer letter.Useless dumb headed people they themselves don't know what they are doing.
Mrs. Maya Bhatia the CEO founder God alone knows what she is .she talks about big big things about professionalism and this what their approach is. They teach the world professionalism and communication skills and all the possible non sense and they themselves behave in this manner.
Very bad and bitter experience in my entire career.
