I don't know what has happened after RERA, but this orgz. is a cheater orgz. with their owner one Mr. Raju. They take 50% amount on per-launch and after 1-2 year when the project gets BMRDA approval they don't call you for rest payment and regd. but sells your flats to someone else despite agreement document with you;When you run to them, they abuse you and ask you to cancel, so just to get your principle amount back you had to do it, take your actual investment amount( forgot interest etc) and walk out.

Just goons. they will have their fate either this life or next for sure.
