Bluestar is good for only commercial purposes, do not use it for your home, because they do not provide good services at your home. I have purchased their air conditioner and when I call their service engineer for the service, they were busy at some other location and it took almost a week to come for the service in which they do nothing in it.
I did not find any changes in the service and after that cooling leverl becomes down and sound problem increase again I called them and they charge me for the issue in the warranty period even customer care are not answerable for that cause. I would recommend not everyone to buy their air conditioners for chilling your home because it will increase your mind temperature.
