Few months back we have purchased this ac for the office use and the ac has disappointed all of us. this ac is made of very poor quality the color of ac has started fading away even the ac vents are made of very poor quality they are not suitable for rough and tough use. this ac is not suitable for small rooms as it covers a lot of space as well. even the cooling of this ac is extremely poor the ac takes so long to cool even a small room not only cooling is the concern but the foully smell that ac releases along with cooling is also very disappointing. the ac releases very bad smell which makes it so difficult to live in the room. along with poor cooling the ac also sounds very heavy which makes it difficult to have proper sleep while the ac is on. I have also raised all these issue with the company but the company mechanics have failed to resolve my issue and now whenever I call them they reject my call. overall as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor.
not only cooling & sound are the main issues even the power consumed by this ac is also a main concern. the power consumption of this ac is very high as compared to other air conditioner's in the market therefore it is quite an expensive task to use this ac on regular and continuous basis. even the style & design of this ac is not so compact it weighs very heavy as compared to other air conditioner's in the market therefore adjusting this ac at a desired place is quite a difficult task.
overall this air conditioner has failed to satisfy me. I am very much disappointed with this air conditioner. as per my experience this air conditioner is not reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well.at last I will not recommend this air conditioner to anyone due to poor quality and poor company service as well.
