Bought a grand i10
the sales guy had promised to deliver the car on 22nd with all formalities completed and got the car on 22nd with none of the formalities done not even a single accessories fitted and the car was not even washed
Then again had to leave the car to the showroom to get the formalities completed and get the accessories fitted in for which they took 3 days and on the 3rd day they saying that the seat cover is not in stock, so had to leave the car with them for another day
A low quality black color seat cover was installed which makes the car interior look awkward
and not even installed properly
they had promised for a 3d mat and had installed a normal mat.
Had called them before hand to keep the car ready for delivery for evening and he told everything is ready when I reach there the number plate was not fitted reason none of the mechanic was available to do it.
The sales guy told he had filled the tank with 5lt petrol and am sure it was not.
Finally go to Blue Hyundai to get the worst service, pathetic sales get your brand new car look awkward, not be happy for buying a new car.
