I paid full amount for Eon car in Dec 20th 2013, But I wanted to take car delivery on Jan 16th. When I was comparing price between different showroom, almost price was same, But blue Hyundai Rajaji Nagar offered me 10, 000 worth of gift from united Benton. I thought this would be better because I am getting 10000 worth extra here compare to other showrooms. Before taking delivery I called one day before and spoke regarding delivery and also asked is everything ready, They said yes.
When I went for taking delivery, they said to collect gift later because his manager was not available. We said fine and took car and in the evening we went back for checking gift. They said no stocks will be giving 3 days, then again we went after 3 days, they said stock has sent from main branch but not reached will be giving next week, every time started telling next week. When I called Marketing Manager today and asked when it will come, can you tell me exact date, he said when we will receive we will give, we cannot tell the date, do you contact AGM or customer care you can go and contact, he said this and cut the call. He was so rude, Why he should commit such offers when he does not have stock.
I suggest all customers till you get complete things, do not take the delivery, They will treat us like beggars after the delivery, till we pay off full payment they will be like dog calling us and offering so many things.
