Hi freinds, this my experence with blue dart I am sharing. I have sent one parcel for london on 20 th April 2019. I have got shipment copy and tracking number on 20th april itself. You believe it or it reached courier yesterday. I between they lost parcel itself.after some time they found the parcel and reshipped. I contact customer care regarding this shipment. Nibody was there to answer call. I waited almost 10min over the call. No resonpse at all. I went blue dart office and enquried they also doesnt have proper response.
Overall I had a bad experence with them
