1.A consignment was booked at Chennai to be delivered to me at Hyderabad on 10th or 11th of July. When I tracked on 11th it said that " the consignee is not at the given address". When I complained to the customer service they apologized and informed that the delivery could not take place due to rain and it was delivered on 12th. I objected for recording the wrong reason though I was at the address always. They assured me through mail that such things doesn't reoccur.
Another consignment was booked in Bombay on 13th and it is supposed to be delivered on 15th. When I tracked today the same reason " consignee not available at the address" appeared. I strongly objected to this FRAUD through email. I do not think any thing will happen.
It appears that for statistical purposes the delay in delivery is covered up with such false reasons. The particulars of their corporate office etc. are not there in their website.
Better avoid Bluedart , which I strongly believe.
