Bluedart courier, one of trusted courier ever known to everywhere for its excellent service and wide reaching of its network. Whenever I had come to know its functions and services I was very pleased with it but later after interaction with their staffs of our locality and certain bad issues of its available services I never prefer to this one.
The main features of choosing its services because of its attractive services. It delivered our products with its fasttrack couriering facilities within the stipulated time as it promised. It had also tracking facilities with SMS alert facilities by which we could easily access the arrival of product. The locations were easily traced through online and also date and time were also mentioned from which we can estimate in how much time it will take to reach at desire destinations.
Before well known to its service I was ordered an article from snapdeal which couriered the article via bluedart. The product was very good in conditions and no such complaints about tampering of its packaging. The behaviour of courier delivery boy was quite polite. Thus by seeing the above quality and services of this courier I chose it.
But later I was fully interacted with its services I could detect a no. of demerits. At first when I had gone to post my documents via it I faced a lot of difficulty to recogniz it because it was shifted from its old place and the contact no. which provided by courier was invalid. When I reached at its office I told one of staffs to post it but he said me to wait a while. I was waiting near about 2hour to post it. After that when I was trying to track my product after 3 days an error message was come out. So I called to the office to know about the status but they highly regret and said that they were busy and suggested me to call after two days. Really it had very poor customer services.
Pros and cons-
(1) online services are very poor especially tracking services. Many times I want to track my orders but error results come
(2) Staffs behavior and attitudes are not in the favour of its customers
(3) sometimes can't deliver the product in the estimated time
(4)Goods are arrived to the destination in perfect conditions without any damage
(5) its network is superb as it available in the every corner of country
