Bloom rooms is a gotel situated tooo near to the neq Delhi railway station. It is just a minute far from there, when you exit from paharganj side.
Tou will get room starting from 2000 onwards but you can have a best room in about 2500 rs.
They provide you with free mineral water, free pick up facility from airport but the best out of it was a free wifi for me. Lolz.
Also the best of it they have is buffet breakfast system. Too good.
Also they have quite food decor and have good customer service support.
