I used to buy groceries from Blinkit, and their quality was usually good. However, my opinion changed after a bad experience on January 12, 2024. I ordered cold drinks and chips along with my groceries, and my son, daughter, and wife got sick with vomiting and stomachaches after consuming them. When I checked, I found that the cold drinks and chips were expired by two months. When I contacted customer care, they hung up on me without a solution. When I called again, they were rude. The website is user-friendly, and ordering is easy, but they need to check the expiry dates of their products more carefully.
