Hi guys today I want to share my own experience on grofers I have been ordering online groceries from a lot of times but I have been using big basket from alot of time but 1 day I got a message regarding 30% cashabck on using debit card, so idecided to use this application once for the cashback offer.
I rdered some eggs butter and peanut butter for my self and they said the delivery will be tommorow by 9 am which is ok but the next day I got a message that the product will delivery after 2 days as the product you ordered was out of stock this was really a very bad thing happened with me.
if you have not having that product you should be giving the money back into the wallet but they wasted my 2 days more.
I have never been using this app anymore as I will be going for big basket which is alot better app by this one.
I will not recommend anyone to use this app as you should use big basket which is better than this one.
