Grofers is an online grocery delivery site which was founded in 2013.It is based in Gurgaon.They also have android app.I have shopped from grofers many times for my grocery need.Here I want to share my personal experience of using grofers.
Pros -
Good variety of products are available like from fresh fruits, vegetables , grocery , household items , diary products, meat, sea foods , pets care food etc are available.
In delivery their service is good they generally deliver next day from order placed or sometimes next to next if order are more or slot is busy.
Packaging of products is good & nice.Every packet of food is packed especially vegetables like spinach , cucumber etc are packed separately which I like most.
Customer care is very good.Once I got expired items then I messaged my complaint to them about my issue & with in the next few hours they resolved the issue & they returned my money for the same.
Products are available in wide variety at a very
reasonable prices especially household items, diary products.But some fresh fruits are a bit costly than market prices.
But also a great variety of international fruits are available which otherwise not easy to find.
A good number of offers , discounts are readily available at grofers which I appreciate the most. That why I shop grofers as in total I got products at cheaper prices.
App is very good , easily items can be searched & one important thing many different payments options are available like e- wallets, cards , netbanking, COD, pay later using simpl money.
Cons-
Sometimes they deliver order later a day next to next when order placed they should make it fast.
Some items especially fruits are a bit costly then market & sometimes some diary products also at prices higher than market rate.
Sometimes product are not available( out of stock) for many days.
Overall for me grofers shopping is a very good experience & I will suggest every one to give it a try as they are reliable & trust worthy site.
Hence from my side I want to give grofers 5/5 stars for their good service & for good shopping experience from them
