Grofers will block your account when they see you using their offers and return your bags for coupons. I am a senior manager with India's largest pv. sector co. and my account was blocked after returning their bags! Moreover their delivery boys and the local vendors resort to unfair practices.
Several times the prices are jacked up . This way I don't think their model would survive!
Update: The issue was resolved with Grofers. However, they still prefer to listen to their FEs. If you try to complain about their FEs(vendors) your account gets blocked
