This is for the 1st time I have used Blazeflash. I have had a bad experience so far. I had booked a parcel from Ghaziabad on 30th April. This parcel was due for Bangalore and unfortunately till date it has not reached there. The worst part is that I have been calling your Delhi office as well as Bangalore office, but I never got a satisfactory answer.
Sometimes they say, "give us all the parcel details and we will get back to you in an hour". At times they say, "your address is not complete" (thats beyond my understanding, why? All other courier services are able to deliver to that address, how come only Blazeflash has some issues figuring out the address.) Another response that I got was that "your parcel is out for delivery, you should get it by 4 pm" but still (after 2 days) I have not received. Sometimes they say "There is no electricity so they can't look at the status".Another excuse next day is we visited your home yesterday at 2 PM andno one was there. My mother and maid stays at home 24 hours. All funny, unrealistic excuses.
I wonder, whats going on. But 1 thing is very sure, I will NEVER EVER USE BLAZEFLASH again. Highly unprofessional. Never stick to your commitments. Highly unreliable. Another worst part is that we can't even track the consignment online. The status is hardly updated. By the way, its already been 10 days since the booking and I m sure it doesn't take 8 days to reach Bangalore.
