It is a case of 2010. I was in New Delhi and my friend in Vizag wants few books on IAS for her preparation. So after buying instead of going for Govt speed post (Indian Post) I went for Blazeflash as they promised it to be delivered in 3 working days.
So I expected private courier service to be better than Govt. and hence even the charges are more I booked the books worth some more than 1k to them.
Now the torture started. When the courier didn't reach after a week I went to the Delhi office where it was dispatched and asked if it reached. They were like "Who are you?" question face. When I showed their receipt they started to panic and gave a vizag number to contact.
Worst is the address in their website was so wrong. I told my friend to go to their office to take. Being a girl she was suffering their roaming alone and the address was wrong. The person whose phone number was given was too arrogant to give their address at vizag too.
I expected that the books were lost and these people were just playing with us both. Lastly when I asked them the real address to the vizag employee and told him that I have screen shot of their website showing wrong address duping people and take action against them, then the guy gave another address.
Worst is my friend again had to go to the address and their she was made to wait for 3hrs and they got the courier. They were telling that they would have thought to deliver that day only. The courier reached the vizag office in 4 days it seems but to get it in her hand it took 15 days.
Really pathetic. They put the blame on others and tell they don't have courier boy to deliver. So why do you charge so much and giove fake promises. Atleast I am happy that she got the courier but the mental torture was too worse to go through. The numbers in their website were either switched off or not working.
I decided to go for Indian Post because maybe late but it will be surely delivered. I don't go for these private courier services anymore. Hope others too take this matter and not take these courier services. Those who tried this or going for these, my prayers will always be with you...
