I have been using this phone since it released in 2013. I was looking for a phone where I can use type as well as touch because I need to text a lot. It's a handy phone, easy to carry, not so heavy nor light, and the latest OS is the best of all.
If not updated the phone might face some issues, but once updated it works smoothly. Till date I did not face any major problems with this phone and I totally love it. Blackberry is known for their business phones and this one just makes checking emails and work related stuff very easy.
