Three years ago after just completing my B-Tech degree I had decided to connect my laptop with broadband cable internet connection .Binodon Cable& Network is my local cable internet& cable tv service provider . At my nearest location there have no other cable& network provider . Because, Binodon Cable authority grab this whole area . This is one of the worthless network provider ever . I can't recharge a package which I wish . I have to recharge, which package their authority wish . Their authority always try to profit maximum . There have no value of customer's satisfaction . They provide alliance broadband internet& Siti cable tv network . As a example of, previously alliance kolkata provide lowest unlimited package of worth 448/- . But, one day when I went for recharge, binodon cable said this package is not available . I told them that higher authority alliance confirm me this package till available . But, they said they will not provide this package . I think, they got less profit in this package . But, this is not fare . A network provider can't do this . He must maintain all rule, only only their own profit .
One day when I went to recharge to recharge they said lie that cost of package is increased . But, after recharge, I checked that there have no increased in package . When, I ask them for this they said they have a plan to increase in tax . So, they said lie again& again . Previously always they ask for 2/- or 3/- extra than the original cost of original package . They always want to gain extra profit .
Maximum time I face network problem or cable problem . They don't use a good quality switch or other machine in pole, they use lower quality China product . So that, problems occur again& again .
If there occur any fault, when I launch a complaint they take too much time to solve it . Sometime they take 2 days . Actually their members don't want to work fast . They are very lazy boys . As a result, sometime I can't online for long long time . Unable to complete valuable work .
One day, when I call them to fix network problem their one technician told me this is not network problem . My laptop was not working properly . After a day, I call them again, another technician able to solve the network problem . So, I can say that technician are not good quality . They provide wrong information .
Sometime full day, there have no signal in TV . Previously when I first got their internet service, daily I need to call them to solve network problem . That time, I was crazy . Now, they improve something . But, till many times I get slow network or no connection .
After requesting a recharge, they take too many time to complete the process . Sometime, I need to go there office again& again for requesting to complete the recharge .
Sometime, when a customer call them, they don't receive the call as per their wish . I saw it in my own eye, that their phone is ringing but, available person didn't receive the call .
Behavior of their authority is not good . As I am a conscious customer, I had marked their disputes, that time they misbehave with me .
So, this cable network provider is totally worthless . I am just fed up with their service . I suggest that if possible, try to use dish tv or other cable& other internet service .
